Rayagada is the District headquarters, well connected both by rail and road. Around 120 buses connect it directly with Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Jeypore, Sunabeda, Bhawanipatna, Indravati, Damanjodi, Umerkote etc. in Orissa and Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram,Srikakulam etc. in Andhra Pradesh. It has South-East train route that links to both Souther-West and South Central Railways.Airport is located at Visakhapatnam, 160 KM from Rayagada, a 3 hours drive. Students can easily travel from West Bengal, Kerla, Bihar, Jharkhand, U.P, M.P, Delhi, Punjab and Himanchal Pradesh to the Township.
